How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $15 for ground shipping on all Australian purchases.
Ground shipping for all Australian retail purchases over $100 is complimentary.

What is your return policy?
Our customers are the reason for our success, and for this we feel truly humbled and honoured. We stand behind our products 100% and believe they are the best available natural pet products worldwide. If you have any problems with our products, please contact us. We want our customers to be satisfied and would love to hear from you.
What happens if I have just changed my mind about my purchase?
If you have made an error when ordering online, then we will happily exchange your item for the one you intended to purchase within 28 days of purchase. The returned item (s) will be unopened and in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping or additional postage charges. Items purchased from a department store, speciality retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Who is responsible for the cost of shipping returns?
If you wish to return your products, you will be responsible for any shipping or postage costs. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. Sometimes items can be lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We suggest to all customers returning items to take insurance with your postal carrier. Organic Pet Pharmacy will not be responsible for parcels lost /stolen or damaged in transit.
Can everything be returned?
We believe in being honest and fair toward all our customers which is why returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Occasionally we will make the decision not to accept returns. All unopened, undamaged items that are in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 28 days. For all other items please contact us directly at email@example.com
Do I need my receipt?
A receipt means we can locate and refund your purchase faster, however we should be able to find your details in our computer sales system.
Is there a time limit on returns?
Yes, 28 Days for unopened items.
